Villar started in 1995 as an Auditing Staff Member at SGV & Co., and rose from the ranks to become, seven years later, Financial Comptroller of a multinational company that offers shared support services on Accounting and Marketing (call center operations and leads generation). She is currently the Senior Director at BPO Global Concepts, Inc. and is Consultant to a Hong Kong-based multinational group of companies dealing with fund management and financial services, with offices in Asia, Europe and the USA.

Villar's acumen was honed by more than 12 years of servicing a variety of organizations, which includes non-profit institutions, as well as a wide assortment of multinational and local companies operating in varying industries such as financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, mining, retail, real estate, food service, and tourism/entertainment. Her area of expertise lies in auditing, finance and accounting.

Villar finished her degree in Accounting at the University of Santo Tomas and earned her Masters in Business Administration at the De La Salle University.

Mr. Conrado T. Abuel’s expertise in the fields of audit, corporate planning and business development and tax management has been honed by 14 years of expertly handling a variety of corporate clients from different sectors. He is the Corporate Planning and Business Development Manager of Petrolift Group of Companies – a company engaged in oil and gas tankering, real estate, and mining nickel and other mineral ores.

He started his career as Benefits Administration Staff of Andersen Consulting before working as auditor of SGV & Company, where he supervised and managed the audits of the company’s clientele – both local and multinational. He was formerly Chief Accountant, as well as Systems and Special Projects Officer of Roasters Philippines Inc., local franchise holder of US-based Kenny Rogers’ Roasters. He is an active volunteer advisor and recipient of an award for volunteerism from Philippine Business for Social Progress for extending free professional services to small scale and medium enterprises operating in the Philippines.

He took up Bachelor of Arts – Liberal Arts Commerce for Accounting and Mathematics at the MS Enverga University Foundation and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He pursued further studies at the Ateneo Graduate School for Business taking up Regis program.
