Active Directory
Release 3 works with standard windows network setup. Here are some recommended practices;

• Install a firewall (when on broadband)
• Setup a Organizational Unit (OU) for Release 3 Users
• Setup specific security groups for each department (Finance, CRM, HR and Procurement)
• Setup specific database access rights to the group
• Use Windows Authentication for SQL Server

Standard Peer to Peer

• Install a firewall (when on broadband)

• Log and Limit physical access to server




For small deployments 1- 20 users use the Windows 2003 Server (Small Business Edition Premium).
